Through the operation of our core advisory divisions, and the contacts developed within them, we are able to support our portfolio companies in myriad ways. We seek to build long term relationships with our clients. Therefore, where appropriate, we are happy to acquire minority equity stakes in the companies or funds we advise. Often this is achieved through taking equity instead of cash, as a fee for work undertaken in the Venture Capital Raising, Corporate Finance Advisory or Fund Placement divisions. |
