Henry Talbot-Ponsonby

Before founding VCP in 2009, Henry worked at Grisons Peak LLP, a London based investment banking firm. Whilst there, Henry provided capital raising and M&A advisory services to both companies and funds. Previously, he practised as a Barrister having been called to the Bar by the Inner Temple.


François Rowell

François joined VCP from Campbell Lutyens, an independent private equity advisory firm. Previously, François worked for Craton Partners where he focused on corporate finance mandates for both companies and funds. Before joining Craton Partners, François was the Editor of French Private Equity Journal, Unquote.

William Rudebeck

Before founding VCP in 2009, William worked at Grisons Peak LLP, a London based investment banking firm. Whilst there, William advised and raised capital for a wide range of companies and funds. Previously, William worked at HSBC within their European Financial Institutions Group having begun his career within the Structured Products team at Danske Bank.

Jeremy Leggate

Jeremy joined VCP from investment firm 3i, having previously practised as a lawyer at Clifford Chance. Based in London, Jeremy worked within Clifford Chance's Private Funds Group, advising a number of clients on their structuring and capital raising requirements. Jeremy also served within the M&A department, whilst working and living in the UAE.

Guy Reynolds

Guy acts as an advisor to VCP and assists on a wide range of strategic and financial matters. Most recently he worked at Credit Suisse, advising clients across the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance teams. Having read law at Oxford University he worked at Linklaters LLP, specialising in M&A and corporate advisory matters.
