Daniela Rausnitz

Daniela joined VCP after working in Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan. Whilst with JPM, Daniela focused on the specialty finance and alternative asset management sectors, completing several advisory and capital raising transactions. Daniela began her career within JPM’s New York office before transferring to their London office in 2011.

Tom Fitzherbert-Brockholes

Tom joined VCP from Four Elements Capital a corporate finance advisory firm based in London. There he completed several advisory and capital raising transactions with a core focus on the renewable energy and environmental sectors. At Four Elements, Tom developed a particularly strong institutional and family office network in Europe and Asia.

Guy Reynolds

Guy joined VCP as a non-executive Director in 2009. Having read law at Oxford University, he worked at Linklaters LLP, specialising in both public and private M&A before joining Credit Suisse in their Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets teams. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer to Leaders in Oncology Care, a prominent healthcare provider within the HCA International network.

William Rudebeck

Before founding VCP in 2009, William worked at Grisons Peak LLP, a London based investment banking firm. Whilst there, William advised and raised capital for a wide range of companies and funds. Previously, William worked at HSBC within their European Financial Institutions Group having begun his career within the Structured Products team at Danske Bank.

Jeremy Leggate

Jeremy joined VCP from investment firm 3i, having previously practised as a lawyer at Clifford Chance. Based in London, Jeremy worked within Clifford Chance's Private Funds Group, advising a number of clients on their structuring and capital raising requirements. Jeremy also served within the M&A department, whilst working and living in the UAE.

Yan Zhang

Yan was the co-founder and CEO of Meiloo, a leading physician directory in China. In 2010, he was selected by Forbes Magazine as one of nine Chinese entrepreneurs to watch. Previously, Yan served as Chief Representative for Random House, Inc. in China. He began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in New York. Yan is based in Beijing.

Kristy Barr

Kristy joined VCP as an advisor, focusing predominately on raising capital for hedge funds. With over 20 years experience and having raised over $2bn in new assets for various hedge fund strategies, Kristy began her capital raising career at Goldman Sachs International. Kristy then went on to raise capital for Sofaer Capital and Old Mutual, before founding hedge fund Callanish Partners.
